WHAT'S INCLUDED IN 'FULL PACKAGE' ORDERS?
Our full package experience includes sourcing leather/shearling skins and trims to pattern/sample making to production and in-house QC.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A PROTO?
It depends on a multitude of factors such as leather selection and design starting point. If the leather is not readily available, it should take about 3-4 weeks. This includes ordering the leather(longest part of the process), creating the pattern and making the sample.
WHERE DO YOUR LEATHERS COME FROM?
Our leathers are sourced from around the world. Each region has different attributes, quality and pricing. We present a variety of different raw materials so you can make the best choice for your brand.
HOW DO YOU KNOW THE LEATHERS ARE ETHICALLY SOURCED?
We work with tanneries that have become members of 'Leather Working Group', which promotes sustainable and appropriate environmental business practices within the leather industry. This includes ethical sourcing and animal welfare policies. All leathers we represent are a by-product of the meat industry.
WHAT'S YOUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY?
Our factory has a capacity of 40,000 units per year. Upon demand, we have the capability to increase this capacity to fulfill our customers needs.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
We don't like to give set MOQs but we need to cover some of our costs in the process...
Leathers MOQ - 150 units
Shearling MOQ - 100 units

WHAT'S YOUR PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
It depends on time of the season and order size. Normally our production, after final approval of style, can be completed in about 90 days. Our busiest season is usually May-October and can get you some quicker turnaround times November-April.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Wherever you want. We ship to countries all over the world.
CAN YOU SHIP LDP?
Normally we ship FOB, but we are open to helping you out and ship LDP if needed to make it work.
